StepUp Collection – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StepUp Collection website (the “Site”) and any purchase of products. StepUp Collection is operated by GAC Solutions (ABN 23 918 356 890). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • By using this Site or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including referenced policies.
  • We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian approval to use our services.
  • By placing an order, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice.
  • Products include insoles and anti-slip slippers made from high-quality EVA, a lightweight, durable, and skin-friendly material.
  • Products may be marketed under StepUp Collection branding; the original manufacturer or supplier brand may differ but will be disclosed.
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other methods available at checkout.
  • After payment confirmation, an order confirmation email will be sent.
  • We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers.
  • Risk and title of goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit

Our Return and Refund Policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and is accessible here: Return Policy.

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for items unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, eligible for store credit only.
  • Faulty, defective, unsafe, or misdescribed products are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind items is the customer’s responsibility; we cover return shipping for ACL-eligible cases.
  • Shipping fees, including optional “Protect Shipping” or insurance, are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of products or services, except for negligence or breach of consumer guarantees under ACL.
  • We do not guarantee the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (images, text, graphics, logos) on the Site is owned by StepUp Collection/GAC Solutions or its suppliers and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.

9. Marketing Names & Product Transparency

  • Products may be marketed under StepUp Collection names; original manufacturer names are disclosed where relevant.
  • This does not affect the product’s authenticity, quality, or performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.

12. Shipping Protection

  • Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout for a fee, covering loss or damage during transit.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery confirmation with photos and order details.
  • If Shipping Protection is deselected, StepUp Collection is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once dispatched.
  • Shipping Protection does not cover delays, change-of-mind returns, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Shipping Protection is non-refundable once the order is fulfilled.
