How long does shipping take?
We ship all StepUp™ orders with tracked delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Priority Handling: 4–10 business days
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
You can follow your parcel anytime via our Track My Order page.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Please ensure a validmobile numberis provided at checkout, as couriers may require a contact number for delivery notifications.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation, what do I do?
Please check your:
- Spam / Junk folder
- Promotions tab
- Social tab
If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
Once shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can return it once it arrives.
