Priority Handling: 4–10 business days

“Priority Handling” refers to faster order processing and dispatch from our fulfilment centre. Final delivery speeds depend on the courier network and cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

⏱ Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Payment verification may take up to 1 business day.
  • During peak demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners.

We work with a range of trusted logistics providers including Australia Post, Aramex, CouriersPlease, Amazon Logistics, and other regional partners.

📦 Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses.
  • This means your order may arrive in separate parcels.
  • Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

📱 Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details are sent via email once your order has shipped.
  • You can also track your order through our website tracking page.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • Courier tracking pages provide the most accurate real-time updates.

Please ensure a valid mobile number is provided at checkout, as couriers may require a contact number for delivery notifications.

While we work hard to dispatch orders quickly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier.
